We have a 14-day return policy for all customers worldwide, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please log in to your user profile and submit your request directly from the orders page. This is the official way to begin the process.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return through your user profile will not be accepted.
For your return to be processed, you must use one of the following courier services: UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Returns sent via regular postal services will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately by initiating a return request. You will be required to attach photos clearly showing the item's tag, the product itself, and the specific defect or damage. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have according to the process above. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@ameoro.com.
