For security reasons and to ensure a swift dispatch, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been confirmed and is being processed by our fulfillment partners.
For customers outside of the European Union, please be aware that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. As the recipient, you are responsible for all customs and import fees. AmeOro has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Occasionally, a carrier may mark a package as delivered a few hours before it physically arrives. We recommend waiting 24 hours and checking with neighbors or your building's reception. If your order still hasn't arrived, please contact our Client Services, and we will immediately launch an investigation with the courier.
We offer a 14-day return policy for all customers worldwide, starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
