Shipping policy

At AmeOro, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the important information about our delivery process.

1. Order Processing

We process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt (during business days). As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time

We partner with renowned courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure fast and reliable delivery worldwide.

Estimated delivery times after an order has been shipped are:

  • Delivery within Europe (EU, Switzerland & Norway): 2 - 4 business days.
  • Delivery to the rest of the world: 5 - 7 business days.

Please note: The stated times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and any potential customs delays. We do everything on our part to ensure the package is sent out as soon as possible.

3. Shipping Costs

The exact shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. The price is based on the destination country, weight, and value of the package.

4. Order Tracking

Each order is assigned a unique tracking number. We will email it to you once the package has been shipped.

Please note: It may take several hours for tracking information to appear in the courier's system after you receive the email from us.

5. International Shipments: Customs and Duties

For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and other customs fees may be charged. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country.

All these additional costs are the full responsibility of the customer. AmeOro is not responsible for these charges and has no control over them. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. We provide all necessary documentation with each shipment to ensure a smooth customs process.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Recipient Not Available: If the courier cannot find you at the delivery address, they will usually leave a notice and attempt delivery 2-3 times, or they will leave the package at the nearest collection point. Please follow the courier's instructions carefully. If you do not collect the package and it is returned to us, a fee of €45 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.
  • Shipment Not Received: If your tracking information shows the package should have been delivered but you have not received it, please check the area around your home and ask your neighbors. If you still cannot find the package, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the situation with the carrier.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We provide delivery to most countries worldwide. However, due to current international restrictions, we do not currently ship to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
