How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and a unique order number. You will receive a second email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Do you ship worldwide?

How long will it take to receive my order?

After a processing time of 24-48 hours, estimated delivery times are typically 2-4 business days within the European Union and 5-7 business days for all other international destinations. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is confirmed?

For security reasons and to ensure a swift dispatch, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order has been confirmed and is being processed by our fulfillment partners.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For customers outside of the European Union, please be aware that your order may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. As the recipient, you are responsible for all customs and import fees. AmeOro has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

My tracking says the order was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Occasionally, a carrier may mark a package as delivered a few hours before it physically arrives. We recommend waiting 24 hours and checking with neighbors or your building's reception. If your order still hasn't arrived, please contact our Client Services, and we will immediately launch an investigation with the courier.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for all customers worldwide, starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How should I ship my return?

Are there any costs associated with a return?

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.
