How do I know my order has been confirmed?

As the recipient, you are responsible for all customs and import fees. AmeOro has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

My tracking says the order was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Occasionally, a carrier may mark a package as delivered a few hours before it physically arrives. We recommend waiting 24 hours and checking with neighbors or your building's reception.
